Movenpick Hotels and Resorts has opened its fifth property in Dubai, located in the Al Mamzar area of the city-state’s Deira district.
Movenpick Hotel Apartments The Square features 180 superior and deluxe rooms, as well as one and two-bedroom hotel apartment suites.
All rooms and apartments benefit from kitchenettes, and hotel facilities include The Spices restaurant, a rooftop swimming pool, fitness centre and four meeting rooms.
The property forms part of a mixed-use complex which when completed will offer residential buildings, gardens, and office and retail space.
Movenpick already operates four hotels in Dubai - Mövenpick Hotel and Apartments Bur Dubai, Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate, Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, and Mövenpick Hotel Deira.
