Scoot reveals new Shenyang and Qingdao schedules

19 Dec 2012

Singapore-based Scoot has revealed new schedules for its Shenyang service via Qingdao, which was initially planned to commence on November 27 but was postponed due to delays in receiving regulatory approval (see story here).

The carrier will now launch this service on January 11, 2013 – making it Scoot’s second service into China after Tianjin (see story here) – and will instead operate a route of Singapore-Qingdao-Shenyang-Qingdao-Singapore as opposed to the original plan of flying Singapore-Shenyang-Qingdao-Singapore. The reason for this change comes down to “the request of the authorities,” stated chief executive Campbell Wilson.

The flight will run according to the following schedule:

Route

Singapore-Qingdao

0005

0605

Qingdao-Shenyang

0720

0905

Shenyang-Qingdao
