United has enhanced its long-haul Global First service, with the addition of a new sleeping cushion and turndown service.
The cushion has a 250-thread outer cover, and is in addition to the existing duvet, pillows and amenity kit offered in the carrier’s first class cabins.
Passengers can request for their bed to be turned down at any point during the flight.
The new service is part of United’s upgrade of its premium offering, with Business First customers now benefitting from an additional main course option, expanded wine selection, new duvets and pillows, and new Philosophy amenity kits (see online news February 17).
