Plaza Premium Lounge has recently reopened its lounge in the international departures area of Kuala Lumpur International Airport after completely refurbishing and expanding the facility.
The lounge is open 24 hours a day and is located on the mezzanine floor of the airport’s Satellite Building, near gates C11 to C17.
Wifi internet is available throughout the lounge and it has eight personal computers for guests to use. Power sockets are the three-pin type, but adaptors can be provided.
There is a large buffet which provides a range of international and Malaysian food including both hot and cold dishes. There is also a bar service.
The lounge also has shower facilities, and a massage service is available for an extra charge of RM48 (US$15) per 50-minute session.
From 0700 until midnight use of the lounge costs RM128 (US$41) for two hours, RM168 (US$54) for five hours and RM188 (US$60) for six to ten hours. From midnight until 0700, it costs RM148 (US$47) for five hours and RM168 (US$54) for six to ten hours.
There is also a Plaza Premium Lounge in the airport’s Low-Cost Carrier Terminal building.
The Hong Kong-based Plaza Premium Lounge has facilities in 21 international airports around the world. In Asia, locations of its lounges include Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, New Delhi and Hyderabad.
