Lufthansa is likely to cut its Munich-Singapore-Jakarta service, according to airlineroute.net, citing the GDS inventory display.
The carrier first launched the route as a daily operation in October last year, but quickly reduced it to five weekly in December.
The airline currently operates the flight onboard an A340-300, but reservation for it has been closed and there seems to be no more service from October 28 onwards. According to the carrier's pressroom, announcement about the future of this route will be released when official information is available.
The airline's Star Alliance partner Singapore Airlines flies daily between Munich and Singapore, at around the same departure time. There may have not been enough demand for two flights.
