Jin Jiang International Hotel Management announces the establishment of Run Cheng Jin Jiang Grand Hotel in Huangshi, Hubei province in China. Scheduled to open by the end of June 2015, the new hotel is the Jin Jiang’s third property in Hubei, following Wuhan Jin Jiang and Jun Yao Jin Jiang.
The new four-star hotel, with 300 rooms of 40 sqm on average, will rise in the new commercial and residential area of Huangshi city, near the area’s largest real estate complex Gonghe New Town. The complex comprises mid-scale and high-end residential buildings, retail shops and offices.
In face of growing demand in Huangshi for venues for business events and accommodation for business travellers, the new hotel is set up to cater to the needs of business travellers and business events groups, offering comprehensive meeting facilities and high-end banqueting amenities.
Huangshi city is a key industrial base and port city of China. Rapid economic development in the region and high consumption power of the residents is reflected in the increasing per capita disposable income reaching RMB15,460 (US$2,429). Jin Jiang Hotels Group expects to strengthen its leading position in Hubei by setting foot in Huangshi.
