Shanghai will welcome its second Four Seasons hotel in Lujiazhui, Pudong – the city's new central business district – this summer.
The 202-room hotel will be located in the newly built 55-story Century Tower, minutes from Shanghai’s Financial Centre, IFC Mall and Pearl Tower.
All 187 guest rooms and 15 suites will come with iPod docking stations and satellite TV, while high-speed wifi will be available throughout the hotel.
The Four Seasons Pudong will be able to cater for business travellers wishing to host meetings for up to 200 people, since it will house a total of 800 sqm of meeting space. The two restaurants will have six private dining rooms between them, ideal for conferences, entertaining clients or hosting business celebrations. There will also be a divisible ballroom, three smaller salons, a boardroom and an executive club. All event spaces will include state-of-the-art audio visual and conferencing equipment.
The Gensler-designed hotel will feature a stylish art deco theme and include a spa, 24-hour fitness centre, 18-metre indoor pool and two stylish restaurants.
