Pan Pacific Tianjin to open next year

3 Apr 2012

The Pan Pacific Tianjin hotel is poised to open its doors in 2013, although an exact timeline is currently unavailable.

The 330-room hotel is part of The Esplanade; a mixed-use complex comprised of residential apartments, a mall and commercial office towers.

The hotel will feature three food and beverage outlets, an executive lounge, business centre, indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and function spaces.  This property is to follow closely the openings of other Pan Pacific Hotels Group projects, including a hotel and serviced suites in Ningbo, which were originally scheduled to open at the end of 2011 (see story here) but is now set for June this year.

The 430-room Pan Pacific Ningbo Hotel and the 220-unit Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo are also part of a mixed-used complex, near the Ningbo International Conference Exhibition Centre.

Later this year, the group’s Parkroyal brand will make a debut in Mainland China with the opening of the 325-unit Parkroyal Serviced Suites Green City, Shanghai, in the city’s Pudong district. This extensive property will feature two indoor tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool, a gym, residents’ lounge and a three-storey restaurant.
