Hyatt to open two hotels at Zurich airport

9 Mar 2012 by BusinessTraveller

Hyatt has announced two new hotels located within the forthcoming mixed use development The Circle at Zurich airport.

Business Traveller reported on plans for the 200,000sqm development next to the airport last year (see online news September 19, 2011), and Hyatt has now confirmed it will open Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place properties within the complex.

The 250-room Hyatt Regency Zurich airport will feature 17 suites, “several food and beverage outlets”, a fitness centre and over 3,200sqm of meeting and conference space.

Hyatt Place Zurich airport will have 300 rooms, as well as the brand’s signature 24-hour market shop, a guest kitchen offering breakfast lunch and dinner, a café and bar, and a fitness centre.

Other facilities within The Circle – which is scheduled to open in 2017 – include serviced apartments, office space and a health and beauty module, offering services including medical diagnostics, dentistry, cosmetic surgery and spa treatments.
