Hyatt’s Regency brand is to join the existing Ararat Park Hyatt in Moscow in 2015, with a 297-room hotel located within a complex including the redeveloped Dynamo Moscow football stadium.
The Hyatt Regency Moscow will form part of the Arena Park development next to Petrovsky Park, and will feature meeting and ballroom space, four food and beverage outlets, and a fitness centre and spa.
Arena Park will also house an ice hockey and basketball arena, retail and entertainment zones, offices and residential space.
Hyatt currently has three hotels in development in Russia – the Hyatt Regency Sochi, the Hyatt Regency Vladivostok, Golden Horn, and the Hyatt Vladivostok, Burny.
