The long-standing Sheraton Towers Singapore is on target to complete its major refurbishment of all guestrooms by the end of the second quarter of this year.
The hotel embarked on a the revamp project in July last year, targeting the property’s façade, driveway and all 412 guestrooms. Currently, 10 guestroom floors have been complete as well as the driveway, with a couple more floors to go before work on the façade can begin. A timeline for the completion of the façade has not yet been released as the hotel is "still in the midst of a discussion".
Redesigned by interior design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), the guestrooms now feature dark woods and pastel coloured furnishings, a 40-inch LED television with a media hub for connecting gadgets to the TV and new safes that are large enough to fit 14-inch laptops.
In the past couple of years, the hotel has also revamped its Club Lounge, function rooms, gym and spa.
