Qatar Airways has released an image of its first Dreamliner on Boeing’s production line in Seattle, and will unveil the new interiors for the forthcoming aircraft at this week’s ITB travel trade show in Berlin.
The carrier is set to take delivery of its first B787 Dreamliner this summer, and will initially roster it onto intra-Gulf flights for crew training, before taking it to the Farnborough Air Show in July, and then operating it on the Heathrow-Doha route.
Qatar Airways has 30 Dreamliner aircraft on order, with options on another 30. Business Traveller will be attending the unveiling of the carrier’s new B787 interiors at ITB Berlin, and will post reports on this site later in the week, as well as on our Twitter and facebook pages.
