Only one in six Business Traveller readers have bought tickets to this year’s London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, with nearly three quarters saying they are not planning to do so.
In a recent poll of nearly 400 visitors to the Business Traveller website, just under 17 per cent said they had bought tickets to the event, with a further nine per cent saying they were still trying to do so.
But with less than six months to the opening ceremony, the vast majority of respondents (74 per cent) said they were not planning to purchase tickets. For any of you still thinking about attending an event, Business Traveller will be publishing a special report on ticketing and corporate hospitality at London 2012 in the April print edition – to subscribe click here.
