BA has launched a charitable auction giving away a Valentine’s dinner for two on board its Concorde aircraft parked at Manchester Airport’s Runway Visitor Park.
The winning bid will receive red carpet entrance to the aircraft, a table for two in the main cabin surrounded be fairy lights and flower petals, a three-course meal “created by a top chef”, and a bottle of champagne.
Bidders should email [email protected] before midnight on Sunday February 12, stating how much they would be prepared to pay for the experience. There is a £500 reserve price, and the winning bid will be notified on Monday February 13.
All proceeds from the auction will go to towards BA’s Flying Start global charity partnership with Comic Relief.
