Air Canada will fly five times-daily between Heathrow and Toronto this summer, with the new service commencing on June 2.
The carrier currently plies the London Heathrow-Toronto Pearson route using a mixture of B767-300 and A330-300 aircraft, with fellow Star Alliance airlines Lufthansa and Bmi codesharing on the route.
The existing flights depart Heathrow at 0900, 1200, 1500 and 1800 – according to the carrier's online reservations departs from June 2 will be at 0830, 1105, 1205, 1500 and 1800.
Other carriers operating the London-Toronto route include Air Transat (from Gatwick), and BA from Heathrow (with American Airlines codesharing).
