Hilton Worldwide has unveiled two new properties attached to Frankfurt airport and within the Squaire mixed use development.
Hilton Frankfurt Airport and Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport are located above the Ice railway station with direct services to the city centre, and linked to the airport via a pedestrian bridge.
Both properties are housed with the Squaire development, a business and conference centre which also features shops and restaurants. It’s the first time Hilton has operated two individually branded properties alongside each other.
The 249-room Hilton Frankfurt Airport features all-day dining restaurant Rise, The Fifth Lounge and Bar, two executive floors, ten meeting rooms, a 24-hour business centre, a fitness centre with steam room and sauna, and a grand ballroom accommodating up to 570 guests.
Meanwhile the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport has 334 rooms, free wifi internet access, a bar and restaurant with show kitchen, three meeting rooms, and the 24-hour Pavillion Pantry shop. Both properties feature soundproof windows.
Jumeirah recently opened its first property in the German financial hub (see online news August 2), and Sofitel has announced plans to open a hotel in the city (see online news October 27).
