Flying Club members can currently get up to 50 per cent off miles redemptions for economy and premium economy flights, as well as 15 per cent off miles purchases for those just short of what they need.
The Reward Seat Sale runs until September 20, and includes examples of 19,500 miles for an economy trip to New York, 25,000 to LA, Las Vegas and San Francisco, and 30,000 to Shanghai and Tokyo.
Premium economy discounted rates include 45,000 miles to New York, 50,000 to Delhi, and 60,000 to Tokyo.
Virgin is also offering 15 per cent off Buy and Gift Miles purchased before October 5, for those who might need to top up their accounts.
