Flybe and Finnair have announced the launch routes for their joint venture carrier Flybe Nordic, with flights scheduled to start on October 30.
The airline will operate routes currently plied by Finncomm, a Finnish carrier acquired by Flybe and Finnair last month, as well as nine new routes designed to “complement feeder traffic to Finnair’s international connections”.
These include four new routes from Helsinki to Mariehamn (Aland), Tartu (Estonia), Trondheim (Norway), and Umea (Sweden), as well as new flights between Sweden’s Stockholm Bromma airport and Estonia’s capital city, Tallinn.
The full list of launch routes is detailed below. Flights will be operated by Flybe under the Flybe Nordic brand, but will be included in Finnair’s flight schedules as codeshare services. Passengers will be able to earn Finnair Plus loyalty points on Flybe Nordic flights, but note that it will not be possible to earn Flybe's Rewards4All points on these routes.
