Bmi will increase flights between London Heathrow and Marrakech to five times-weekly this winter, following the introduction of services earlier this year.
The carrier currently flies three times-weekly (Monday, Friday and Saturday) to the Moroccan city, but says that “in response to growing customer demand” it will increase this to five flights per week, adding services on Thursday and Sunday.
The additional flights will operate between October 1, 2011 and April 14, 2012, using Airbus A319 aircraft with economy and business class seating.
Bmi is the only carrier to offer direct, nonstop flights from Heathrow to Marrakech – British Airways commenced flights from Gatwick in March.
