The carrier has launched a front-end check-in lounge at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) for premium passengers and Platinum members of the Enrich frequent flyer programme.
The new facility replaces the previous dedicated check-in counters for premium passengers on Level 5 of the Departure Hall. Instead of the normal queueing system, eligible passengers will be invited to enjoy sofa seating, peanuts and drinks while agents come to them with laptops to check them in, ensuring an easy and comfortable process.
The carrier also introduced its Chef-on-Call First service on flights to London, Amsterdam and Sydney, which offers first class passengers a wider range of choices on the menu. Passengers can pre-order their meals, up to 24 hours before departure, and the menu will be updated every two months.
