AirAsia has announced it will reschedule the charity flight, featuring Sir Richard Branson in a flight attendant avatar complete with shaved legs, from May 1 to July 4, 2011.
The change was made due to the difficulty to find accommodation and obtain time slots for flights into London amidst the Easter break and the long Royal Wedding and Bank Holiday weekend.
Guests who have purchased tickets for the charity flight on the carrier’s website will have to option to either receive a full refund or transfer the booking to the new date.
