That sinking feeling when you’ve arrived at an airport and realise your phone is about to die is fast becoming a memory. Airports are increasingly equipping themselves with state-of-the-art facilities from wifi to phone-charging stations that enable passengers to recharge their batteries for free. The upside about these phone charging kiosks is they do away with having to carry an adaptor as they provide chargers for all major brands – BlackBerry, Apple, HTC, LG, Motorola and Nokia. Here are a few of the airports within the region offering this service:
CHANGI AIRPORT, SINGAPORE
This service can be found across all three terminals and the Budget Terminal at Changi Airport in prime locations. One station is located at T3, level 2, departure/transit north and another can be found at T2, level 2, departure/transit south.
