The Courtyard Montpellier Hotel in southern France will be located next to Montpellier City Hall, and will feature 124 rooms, Oleo Pazzo Mediterranean restaurant, 24-hour Market and an outdoor heated swimming pool.

Finally the 225-room Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel will be the third Marriott-branded hotel in Warsaw, joining the Warsaw Marriott Hotel and Courtyard Warsaw Airport. The property will feature over 900sqm of meeting space, an indoor swimming pool, and a health and leisure centre.

The latest announcements are part of Marriott’s plans to double it European portfolio by 2015 (see online news March 16, 2010). Recent agreements include a joint venture with Spanish group AC Hotels (see online news October 11, 2010), and Marriott’s first Finnish property due to open in 2013 (see online news February 3).
