KLM has published a list of all checked luggage delayed at Amsterdam Schiphol by the recent weather disruptions, and is inviting passengers to go and collect it from the airport.
Like Heathrow and many other European airports, Amsterdam has been affected by the snow disruption, but the KLM customer relations team has attempted to reunite passengers with their delayed luggage before Christmas by publishing a list of tag numbers for luggage currently being held at Schiphol airport.
Passengers can search the list here, and if their luggage is listed they are invited to go down to the airport to collect their luggage. Travellers should take their passport and luggage tag number to door 16 near Arrivals 2, between 1200 and 1800 (local time) today, December 22.
