The UK visa application centre in Beijing has been expanded, providing better and more comfortable service for the growing number of Chinese travellers to the country.
The new office is double the size of the previous one and features contemporary interiors and facilities designed to cope with increased demand.
UK officials report that in the first nine months of 2010, demand for UK visit visas in China grew by nearly 50 percent compared with 2009. By September, over 130,000 UK visit visas had been issued by this application centre.
