BA switches Luxembourg services to Heathrow

23 Nov 2010 by BusinessTraveller

British Airways will move its twice-daily flights to Luxembourg from London Gatwick to Heathrow airport for the summer 2011 schedule.

The switch will take place on March 27 next year, with BA saying that it will “make connecting to and from our long-haul network easier and more convenient”.

The carrier flies twice daily (weekdays) to Luxembourg, with one weekend service on Sunday afternoons. Air France subsidiary Cityjet, and Luxembourg’s flag carrier Luxair both serve the country's capital from London City.

BA posts details of its new routes and changes of service or departure airport on a dedicated page on its website here.
