Traders Manila renews club floor product

29 Oct 2010

Traders Hotel Manila has completed the renovation of its Traders Club rooms, adding enhanced technology amenities such as complimentary wifi, an iLap stand, iPod dock and Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) which enable guests to access their billing, order room service and watch high-definition movies.

The 303-room property is located along Roxas Boulevard, a prime spot to enjoy the city's famed sunset, and a short car ride to the Philippine International Convention Center, World Trade Center and the new SMX conference venue.

This executive accommodation, occupying the 17th and 18th floors, is anchored by the “T Lounge”, which offers express check-in and check-out breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and free wifi. There is a boardroom for 10 persons and free meetings up to two hours are allowed.

Guests, who are not booked into club rooms, can still avail of the lounge facilities through a surcharge. Those staying in categories below club pay PHP1,750 (US$40.53), and those who have corporate accounts with the hotel pay PHP1,200 (US$27.79).

Traders Hotels belongs to the Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts' portfolio, catering to the mid-market sector. It has over 50 projects under development in Austria, Russia, the Philippines, Qatar and UK among others. Scheduled openings will be in Iskandar, Malaysia and Macau.
