Virgin bolsters social media presence

Virgin Atlantic has established a new Social Relations Team, tasked with engaging with passengers on social media sites including Twitter and Facebook.

The team, comprising of Social Relations manager Kyle Thorne and Social Relations executives Greg Hamling and Howard Bowden, will respond to passengers’ comments, feedback and suggestions online, as well as running frequent competitions and events.
