United Airlines is offering special round-trip fares from Hongkong to select US cities, via Chicago, for customers booking in the month of September 2010. This applies to travel until November 30, 2010.
Prices start from HKD5,200 (US$669) for Economy tickets and there are no blackout dates.
Passengers are entitled to an onward transfer in Chicago to the following cities: New York, Las Vegas, Dallas/Fort Worth, Washington DC and Atlanta, as well as the return transfer to catch the return flight to Hongkong.
United links Hongkong and Chicago through daily flights, departing from the Asian hub at 1235 and arriving in the Midwest gateway at 1354 local time. Return flights depart from Chicago at 1239 and arrive in Hongkong at 1705 local time.
