Ascott rolls out Best Rate Guarantee online programme

The Ascott Limited is offering the lowest publicly available internet rate for customers who book at any of their brands' websites.

Its Best Rate Guarantee assures guests – planning to stay at Ascott, Somerset or Citadines for less than 30 days and manage to find online rates lower than those on the company’s website within 24 hours of their confirmed booking – that they get the lower rate and an additional 10 percent discount. However, they will need to provide adequate verification of the new rates found on the internet.

This initiative, only applicable to online bookings, is due to an increase in internet bookings, either through the Ascott website or through other internet travel booking websites, said Tony Soh, chief corporate officer of Ascott.
