Radisson to roll out new guest loyalty product in Asia

6 Sep 2010

Radisson Business Class, a series of services and amenities designed by the chain for members of its goldpoints plusSM guest loyalty programme, will be available in Asia-Pacific by year-end.

This is already offered in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and was recently rolled out in North America and the Caribbean.

The offers vary from market to market but the standard benefits are:

• Room upgrade at a special rate

• Breakfast for one person

• Complimentary daily newspaper delivered to the guestroom

• Turn-down service

• Upgraded room amenities

Business Class extras in Radisson properties in the Americas include (besides free internet applicable to all stays):

• 1,000 gold points per night

• Early check-in based on availability

To mark the launch in North America and the Caribbean, members of Radisson’s goldpoints plusSM guest loyalty programme can obtain the Business Class room upgrade for US$5, instead of the usual extra US$30, until October 31, 2010 in Radisson properties in the US, Canada and the Caribbean.

By the close of 2010, Business Class will be available in more than 400 Radisson hotels in over 70 countries around the world.
