United Airlines and Continental Airlines have unveiled a refined version of their visual branding scheme for the new global United Airlines.
The airline is a product of the proposed merger between the two carriers announced earlier this year (see news).
The new logo will consist of the combined company’s brand name in capital letters – UNITED – alongside the global mark that has represented Continental Airlines since 1991.
United Airline's livery will adopt Continental Airline’s design and colour scheme, including the blue-gold-white image on the tail and the capitalised word UNITED on the fuselage.
