ANA has announced two new international routes from Narita Airport next year, starting with the resumption of daily flights to Jakarta in January 2011 and the launch of daily flights to Manila in March 2011. A Boeing B767-300ER will be used on both routes.
The plans aim to strengthen the carrier's Southeast Asian network, which already includes Narita to Bangkok, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City. In October, ANA will add services from Haneda to Bangkok and Singapore. These will also improve of transit passengers connecting at Narita t routes to and from North America.
The airline has also made adjustments to take-off and landing slots in the timetable for this winter, suspending its Nagoya (Chubu)-Shanghai (Pudong) route from October 31, 2010.
