Cathay Pacific is adding two daily round-trip flights to its Hongkong-Taipei route, increasing air services between the two cities to 94 flights a week.
The first round-trip flights, CX 474 and 475, will be added to the airline's daily schedule from June 11. The flight will leave Hongkong at 0835 with arrival at destination at 1015,while the return flight will depart from Taipei at 1120 with arrival in Hongkong at 1300.
The second round-trip flights, CX 464 and 465, will start on July 1. CX464 from Taipei will depart for Hongkong at 0710 with arrival at 0845. The turnaround flight to Taipei will take off at 1925 with arrival in Hongkong at 2115.
The airline will be assigning Airbus A330-3300/A340-300 and Boeing B747-777 and Boeing 777-300 on these new flights depending on the number of passengers booked.
Meanwhile, the airline also announced it will increase flight frequency to Jakarta in September with number of flights going up from 14 to 18 a week.
