Executive class customers of Garuda Indonesia departing from Singapore can now experience Changi Airport’s JetQuay CIP Terminal with the airline’s new VIP service.
The benefit also includes Garuda Frequent Flyer Platinum members.
Upon arrival at the facility, next to Changi Airport, passengers are met by a personal concierge, who will escort them to the lounge and proceeds to handle check-in, immigration and baggage clearance. While waiting to board, guests can make avail of the business centre with Wi-Fi enabled personal computers, a self-service bistro and a mini gym. Close the aircraft’s scheduled departure time, they will be ferried by a buggy to the boarding gate in the main terminals.
The red-carpet treatment doesn’t end in Singapore. Fast-track immigration lanes are available for use of executive class travellers at airports in Jakarta, Hongkong, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.
