Cebu Pacific (CEB) now allows online bookings up to four hours before departure. Previously, online bookings for the low-cost carrier could only be done up to 24 hours before the flight. The service is available for domestic flights as well as international flights – both inbound and outbound.
The enhancement is particularly helpful for passengers, who wish to travel within the same day. However, other booking options such as ticketing offices, travel agents and reservation hotlines still remain.
Also customers with online bookings, who wish to reserve their seats and purchase Travelsure insurance, can do so through the website more than four hours before the flight.
They are encouraged to use the "Manage My Booking" tab on the website to avail of other travel products such as Prepaid Excess Baggage and Sports Equipment.
