Executives behind the new Singapore Chauffeur Services aim to go beyond mere airport transfers and driver services.
According to tour consultant Joanna Hilsden, the concept was born out of their frustration with current market offerings. “Our experience of using chauffeur firms for corporate work in the past demonstrated a lack of consistence and reliability.”
She said they aimed to give clients “peace of mind that the service will be consistently punctual and reliable”, promising their chauffeurs would be “discreet and professional”.
Another benefit of signing up with the company, she said, would include a range of tours for newly arrived expatriates or visitors to Singapore. She said: Moving to a new country can be daunting...Our tour consultants know what an unsettling time this is and have a wealth of information to make the experience easier."
Not only are the regular city tours available but also bespoke tours revolving around local experiences.
Currently, SCS has a fleet of vehicles including the 7-seater Toyota Alphards and Mercedes Benz limousines.
