IHG’s Priority Club has become the latest organisation to join the iPhone bandwagon, and members can currently get 1,000 bonus points for bookings made using the new app.
The Priority Club Rewards iPhone app allows users to find nearby hotels within the IHG group using the phone’s GPS functionality, get directions to the property, view photos and amenities for each hotel, view Priorty Club account information, view and cancel upcoming reservations, and manage account profiles.
To celebrate the launch IHG is offering Priority Club members 1,000 bonus points on all stays before June 15 booked using the app. The group says that similar apps for the Blackberry and Google Android systems will follow in the coming months.
