Take advantage of these packages on your next business trip:


Until April 30, Shangri-La Hotel Dalian offers a stay in its Horizon Club Rooms at CNY1,350 (US$197). The package applies to a stay of two consecutive nights, with the third night at 50 percent off. Benefits include daily breakfast at the lounge, two-hour use of the Club meeting room, a welcome fruit basket and free internet access.


Meeting packages are available at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay throughout the year. The full-day package, starting from HK$520 (US$67) per person, includes two breaks during the meetings and a choice of lunch, while the half-day package, from HK$400 (US$51) per person, comes with one coffee and tea break.

Regal Hong Kong Hotel has a Regal Royale Platinum package at HK$1,688 (US$217) inclusive of accommodation, in-room internet and access to the Regal Royale Lounge for continental breakfast and evening cocktails. For stays in other room categories, a Premier Room is priced at HK$1,388 (US$178) with breakfast, internet and welcome drink; a Deluxe Room for HK$1,088 (US$140) with breakfast and internet; and a Superior Room for HK$988 (US$127) with internet access. Bus shuttle from the airport to hotel is complimentary. A full-day meeting package is also available from HK$400 (US$51) onwards.


Park Hyatt Tokyo is offering a Park Deluxe Room package for a minimum stay of four consecutive nights, starting from JPY44,000 (US$495) per night. The promotion, which runs through June 23, offers a fourth night free. Quote TYO110 at the time of booking.

Glow Trinity Silom has a “buy three nights, get two free” package to Bangkok, available through October 31. Accommodation is in a Deluxe Room, starting from THB2,500 (US$76) per night inclusive of breakfast for two and Wi-Fi internet.

The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur offers two Formula 1 packages during the Malaysian Grand Prix from April 1 to 5. The Podium package starts from US$250,000, inclusive of private jet transfer to the hotel, a helicopter ride to the Sepang circuit, access to the Paddock area and pit lane, and accommodation in a Penthouse with a rooftop pool. The High Performance package starts from US$575 inclusive of accommodation in an Executive Deluxe Room. Additional perks include complimentary F1-themed cocktails, butler service, three-day race tickets and an amenity hamper with sunblock, hat, raincoat, earplugs, water and sandwiches.
