Cebu Pacific is extending its 30 kilos free baggage allowance until June 30, 2010 for passengers from Bangkok, Hongkong, Macau and Singapore flying into the Philppines via the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA).
DMIA is located 80 kilometres north of the Philippine capital of Manila.
The budget airline flies six times weekly from Clark to Hongkong, four times weekly to Macau and daily to Singapore. The carrier will increase frequency of its Clark-Bangkok service to thrice weekly starting December 12.
"We hope there will be more passengers taking advantage of Clark being an alternative airport to Manila, since it is just one hour from the National Capital Region (which includes Metro Manila) and nearer passengers who will be staying in Northern Luzon, " said Candice Iyog, vice-president for marketing and distribution, Cebu Pacific.
