Passengers with Air Malta can now access their bookings online, including the facility to select special meals and amend contact details prior to their flight.
The new “Manage my Booking” section means customers can make changes to their bookings online rather than by calling the reservations system. Contact and passport details can be added, and special meals can be requested up to 24 hours before departure.
The new service adds to the recently-introduced online and mobile check-in facilities (see online news August 16).
