Emirates is to launch a five-times-week Dubai-Tokyo route from March 28 next year.
The route will operate every Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Flight EK 318 will depart Dubai at 0250 and land at Tokyo’s Narita International Airport at 1755 local time. EK319 will depart Tokyo at 2140 and land in Dubai at 0435.
The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft will offer a three-class configuration of eight First Class Private Suites, 42 Business and 304 Economy Class seats.
Dubai is home to 300 Japanese companies and has the largest Japanese business community in the Middle East.
Japan Airlines will code share with Emirates on the Tokyo service. The Dubai-based carrier already flies to Japan’s second city Osaka daily.
