Sennheiser noise-reducing Bluetooth headphones
The Sennheiser Communications MM 450 TRAVEL headset combines Bluetooth 2.1 stereo connectivity with noise reduction technology. The headphones, which come with an in-built microphone, can be used for both listening to music in full stereo and for making phone calls without the need for wires. It can be charged via a USB connection. A special button turns on the headset’s external microphone so users can talk to people without having to take the headphones off. The whole headset folds up into a compact bundle for easy storage.

TomTom iPhone app V1.2
Satnav company TomTom has launched a new version of its app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Version 1.2, available through the App store, comes with additional features such as advanced lane guidance in landscape and portrait mode, a “help” menu listing emergency numbers and directions to the nearest emergency services providers and a iPod control interface allowing drivers to control their music through the app and without having to fiddle around too much. The app comes with an updated map and database of safety cameras and speed limits, along with customisable voice warnings. Version 1.2 is now compatible with the original iPhone and the iPod Touch if bought as part of TomTom car kits.

SanDisk Cruzer Enterprise USB
The SanDisk Cruzer Enterprise memory stick has been around for a while now but has only recently been awarded Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 140-2 Level 2 security certification. According to SanDisk, the certification is recognised in 26 countries as a data security benchmark. The USB has also been put through environmental testing, passing at a military grade when immersed in water or simulated rain. It also comes with McAfee Malware Protection which can detect when it is plugged into an infected machine, an additional safeguard for government and enterprise organisations.

Tech21 d3o laptop and iPhone cases
Tech21 has launched a range of laptop and iPhone cases made using D3o, an “intelligent” shock-absorbing material. Tech21 said D30, with molecules that lock together on impact, provides 140-221% more protection for mobile devices and laptops when compared to other cases on the market. The first cases in the range to be released include the iBand Impact Hard, Leather Slip Impact and Leather Impact Slim all for the iPhone; and the Style Sleeve and Impact Wrap laptop bags.

Leica M7 Edition ‘Hermès’
German camera maker Leica has unveiled a special edition of its classic 35mm M7 named after Hermès, the Paris-based company known for its exclusive products. Somewhat of an enthusiast’s camera, the M7 out next month comes with a chrome finish and either an orange or brown leather finish. Only 100 of each colour will be made, identified by a special sequential serial number. The special edition kit includes a silver Leica SUMMILUX-M wide-angle lens, a LEICAVIT M rapid winder in silver chrome, leather carrying strap handcrafted by Hermès, all delivered in a linen-covered, silk-lined box.
