BA increases Executive Club tier points on Europe zone 3 flights

Executive Club members flying on routes to certain European and North African destinations will earn increased tier points from tomorrow (October 26).

The new rates apply to destinations within Europe Zone 3, and wil see discount economy tickets earn twice ten points instead of five, while tier points for fully flexible economy tickets will also double from 20 to 40, and Club Europe tickets will see an increase of 20 points from 40 to 60 points.

The routes affected are: Antalya, Athens, Istanbul, Izmir, Kiev, Larnaca, Moscow, Paphos, St Petersburg, Thessaloniki, Tripoli, Tirana, Tunis, and Varna.

BA says it is increasing the tier points earned on these routes “based on comments from Executive Club members”.
