Accor's All Seasons brand debuts in UK

12 Oct 2009 by Mark Caswell

Accor has launched its budget All Seasons brand in the UK, with the rebranding of the Southwark Rose hotel near London’s South Bank.

The All Seasons London Southwark Rose is located on the south side of Southwark Bridge Road, within walking distance of London Bridge station, and close to attractions such as the Tate Modern and Borough Market. The Southwark Rose hotel originally opened in 2003, and has 83 rooms, although Accor plans to add a 21-room extension as part of the rebranding of the property.

It’s the first UK property for the budget All Seasons brand, which has over 70 “medium-sized properties in central urban locations” across France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Indonesia. Accor pledges that “screens are flat, beds are big and wifi access is free and unlimited in all public areas” throughout the All Seasons portfolio.

The brand joins Etap and Ibis within Accor’s budget offering in the UK. Rates for the All Seasons Southwark Rose start from £95 per night, including continental breakfast. Accor also plans to rollout the brand across Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
