Best Western relaunches Asian website

Best Western International has relaunched its regional website – – allowing travellers to easily pick up the latest offers in Asia and the Middle East.

“Our new website makes the whole process of finding out about our latest promotions and programmes, choosing a hotel, and enjoying all the benefits of being a regular customer effortless and effective,” said Glenn de Souza, vice-president for international operation – Asia, Best Western International.

The website features the chain’s two distinct hotel brands in the region: Best Western Hotels & Resorts and Best Western Premier. Currently, the chain has 23,874 rooms in 151 hotels in various stages of operation, construction and rebranding in 20 countries in Asia.

“We are constantly adding new properties to our portfolio, not only in Thailand but throughout the region, and so we have also re-designed the website to cover it all,” de Souza added.

Best Western expects to be “biggest international hotel chain in Asia” with 200 properties by 2010.

Travellers visiting the site can choose from a variety of exclusive online offers, which include the ongoing Best Deals promotion that gives out special room rates starting from US$39 for a minimum of two-night stay.

The Best Deal promotion runs until September 30, offers accommodation options in 29 Best Western Hotels located in China, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Qatar and Thailand.
