The skyline of Hanoi’s prestigious central Westlake district now has a new addition with the opening of the Lakeside Fraser Suites, the first property of Frasers Hospitality in the country.
Located between the 6th and 25th floors of Syrena Tower on Xuan Deiu Street, Lakeside Fraser Suites has 170 units that come in one, two and three bedrooms in a single-apartment or duplex configuration. All units have a view of Westlake, Red River and its scenic surrounds.
Comprehensive facilities include a resort-style swimming pool, gymnasium and indoor/outdoor children area. The interconnected Syrena shopping centre offers a distinctive mix of niche shops, a supermarket and a restaurant.
The opening follows a series of new additions to Frasers Hospitality portfolio worldwide.
In Singapore, the company has just opened its 50-unit, all-loft Fraser Place Fusionpolis at the One-Night lifestyle hub. In the past seven months, four other Fraser properties were unveiled in Bahrain, China, Thailand and the United Kingdom.
Modena, Frasers Hospitality’s second brand, is also spreading its wings. It launched Modena in Tianjin, China two weeks ago. Four more Modena properties are on the drawing board and timed to open in the next two years.
Frasers Hospitality’s global presence now spans Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, comprising more than 8,000 individual apartments and is on track to reach 9,000 units by the end of 2010.
