Travellers using Jet Airways to fly between Mumbai and Bangkok can now choose a more user-friendly flight schedule as the airline adds a second daily flight on the route.
Starting August 16, Flight 9W 68 will depart from Mumbai at 1.05pm for the Thai capital with arrival at 6.55pm. The return trip on Flight 9W 67 will leave Bangkok on the same day at 8.55pm with arrival in Mumbai at 11.40pm.
The airline’s first daily flight on this route takes off at 1.10am from the Indian city, arriving at the destination at nearly 7.05am. The return trip leaves Bangkok at 8.40am, arriving in Mumbai at 11.30am.
By adding frequency, Jet Airways offers travellers from India a choice of flying to Bangkok either late at night or early in the afternoon with an option to choose either of the two flights on the return Bangkok-Mumbai sector.
To mark the launch of this second daily service, the airline is offering a special Economy Class return fare of INR4,388 (US$91) for outbound travellers from Mumbai to Bangkok. The fare is available for booking until August 5 for travel on or before October 15.
