Frequent flyers on the lookout for lightweight bags to lessen the strain of travelling could check out the new Hybrid PA Bag from Live Luggage, the creator of the world’s first power-assisted luggage.
The soon-to-be released product is a flexible “multi-bag” travel system that includes a laptop case and overnight travel bag, both of which can be removed separately to suit the differing check-in requirements of airline companies. It will be launched at the Gadget Show Live at NEC in Birmingham, UK on April 17.
“This lightweight version of our powered suitcase is the ultimate in flexibility. You can either check-in the whole case as one item, or remove either or both the laptop and weekend bags – which can themselves be carried individually or zipped together as one item and taken on board the aircraft as hand luggage,” said Live Luggage managing director Clive Hemsley.
The new Hybrid PA Bag is constructed on a lightweight, super-strong frame. The front of the case is made of ultra light, durable, padded nylon, which has undergone rigorous testing. It comes free with a Live Locator luggage tracking service that allows owners to receive a text or an email message when the bag goes astray.
The new product also has Live Luggage’s patented power-assisted features, which makes the bag feel almost weightless and easy to pull no matter the surface and the ground terrain.
“If you are a frequent traveller who wants to avoid the stress, fatigue and injury of dragging heavy bags, the Live Luggage Hybrid PA Bag is the travel system for you,” Hemsley said.
