Eurostars Hotels has opened its third property in the Spanish capital, located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA).
The 474-room property is housed within 31 storeys of the 236-metre high Torre Sacyr-Vallehermoso (also know as the Syv Tower), and features rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass-walled bathrooms to take advantage of the views. Other features include free wifi internet access, 2,500sqm of meeting space (including the 1,500-sqm Grand Barcelona Hall), an a la carte restaurant on the 30th floor, and a health centre with vitality pool, Turkish bath and sauna on the 29th floor.
The Syv Tower is one of the tallest buildings in Spain, along with the forthcoming Torre Caja Madrid, also located within the CTBA and designed by Foster and Partners.
Eurostars Hotels has two business hotels located on the outskirts of Madrid, and a total of 51 properties in Europe and the Americas.
